Getting started with CrossFit at CFB is really straightforward.
If you are transferring from another box with previous experience, please check out our membership options and shoot us an email to the email@example.com address so we can arrange a trial and set up your membership for you.
If you are new to CrossFit, you will start with our Foundations course so you can join all our classes safely and with confidence after the course.
The course consists of four 1 hour sessions in a small group setting where we walk you through all the common movements we use in our programming, starting with bodyweight movements and progressing to elements of gymnastics and barbell exercises and an introduction to weightlifting. We will also assess your movement and advise on appropriate scaling options to help you get the most out of your training right from the start.
The Foundations sessions are scheduled for 8:30 pm Wednesdays and 7:30 pm on Fridays and the courses start every other week from 16 January 2019.
