I love the open!
Over the last few days I've seen people get their first toes to bar and then get another 29 (well done Kim), people snatch 52kg for the fist time (lots more to come Gareth) as numerous people hitting PB's on their clean & Jerk (Jess and Talia to name a few).
Whilst 99.99% of us won't get anywhere near the CrossFit Games the open allows us to test ourselves and has a habit making us do what we though we couldn't and lighting a fire in our bellies for our future training.
Week one is now in the bag, accept and learn from what you weren't happy with, celebrate what went well, train hard and lets do it all again in a few days!
