Supplements can be a tricky terrain to navaigate thanks to the amount of choice out there so here's a few articles to help you get up to speed with some basic but effective supplements.

Speaking of supplementation and all things diet. Intermittent fasting  has gained a lot of popularity over the last few years (in no small thanks to Martin Berkhan I know lots of people who think that it's madness and lots of people who find it very good and will never switch back (I for example don't eat until 12.30/1pm everyday) but is it for you?

* 2 classes a week equates to 9 classes which can be used at any point during each month.
