Membership Renewal

For your convenience, all our membership options renew automatically at the end of your contract so you can keep booking classes and continue your training uninterrupted.

If you would like to change, hold or cancel your membership, please refer to our “Membership hold / cancellation” policies and complete the relevant request forms so we can process it for you.

Membership Hold Policy

If you would like to put your CFB membership on hold, a 30 day notice period is required. You may request a 30 or 60 day hold option, with 60 days being the maximum hold for a calendar year. Hold requests must be submitted no less than 30 days before the forthcoming scheduled non-refundable renewal payment.

If you would like to cancel your membership during the hold period, a 30 day notice relating to your cancellation request is still applicable.

Please remember that following your requested hold period, your membership and your non-refundable payments will resume automatically.

Membership Cancellation Policy

If you would like to cancel your CFB membership, a 30 day cancellation notice is required. Your membership will be cancelled 30 days from the submission date of the request form below.

Note that if you have a scheduled payment within this period, the payment will be processed as scheduled. All payments are non-refundable.
