Once you have completed your Foundations, you are ready to start training in our classes. We recommend training at least 3-4 times a week on a regular basis to achieve optimum results and progress.
Your membership will be charged on the 1st of every month – your first month will be charged pro rate depending on when you join us.

Personal training & drop ins
To book personal training at CrossFit Blackfriars, please email email@example.com and we’ll be happy to provide you with a quote depending on the number of sessions you would like to sign up for.
We welcome visiting CrossFitters with previous experience to do dropin sessions with us. The price for a single class is £20. Please email us to firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to visit or go straight to our Mindbody site and book your session in!
* “2 classes a week” equates to 9 classes/month which can be booked without weekly restrictions within the month.
** “3 classes a week” equates to 13 classes/month which can be booked without weekly restrictions within the month.
*** “Unlimited” equates to one class per day of the same class type.
