Once you have completed your Foundations month, you are ready to start training in our classes. We recommend training at least 3-4 times a week on a regular basis to achieve optimum results and progress.
Your membership will be charged on the 1st of every month – your first month will be charged pro rate depending on when you join us.

At CrossFit Blackfriars we are passionate about ensuring our members move efficiently and safely. Our foundations program offers an excellent opportunity for budding CrossFitters to nail all of the basic movements required to participate in and enjoy our CrossFit classes.
Our foundations membership includes access to all Foundations classes as well as unlimited access to our speciality classes, Olympic Weightlifting, Calisthenics and Sweat. In addition to classes, Foundations members will receive two personal training sessions with one of our highly experienced coaching team.

Personal training & drop ins
To book personal training at CrossFit Blackfriars, please email [email protected] and we’ll be happy to provide you with a quote depending on the number of sessions you would like to sign up for.
We welcome visiting CrossFitters with previous experience to do dropin sessions with us. The price for a single class is £20. Please email us to [email protected] if you would like to visit or go straight to our Mindbody site and book your session in!
* “2 classes a week” equates to 9 classes/month which can be booked without weekly restrictions within the month.
** “3 classes a week” equates to 13 classes/month which can be booked without weekly restrictions within the month.
*** “Unlimited” equates to one class per day of the same class type.
